The staff here are cute. The spacious layout of the kitchenette was useful for our family, and we enjoyed some fun times by the pool!

There were climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave in the rooms, which made them cozy. Location: the hotel was near Jackson. Cafe Starbucks Coffee located 2 mi away was a nice surprise.

Everything at this hip new hotel was awesome as we expected. Liked the location in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's near to Jackson.

The friendly breakfast staff were a nice touch.

The room was filthy upon entry. I found used toilet paper in the closet on the shelf, disgusting. The exterior walkway was littered with cigarettes and trash.

The pull-out sofa mattress needs immediate replacement as it was quite uncomfortable, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Absolutely no noise from the hall, a huge relief. The fitness room's visibility from the lobby was nice. Another downside was the breakfast service. It couldn't keep up with demand , and we'd often find the selections empty.
